Interior Design Consultant Role Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled interior design professional to drive sales closure and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales funnel, focusing on driving sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Elevate customer experience during projects by ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery.
  • Oversee quality and accuracy of design deliverables, maintaining high standards in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, civil works & services, and project management.
  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from BoQ creation to coordination with internal & external agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation or relevant diploma.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an interior designer.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering residential modular KWS projects (2-4).
  • Expertise in design tools (PPT presentation, AutoCAD), design knowledge (conceptual design, technical design, modular design, civil works & services), and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with crisp and meaningful communication.
  • Result-oriented, teamwork-focused, with strong integrity and ethics.
  • Ability to drive performance among independent team members.

Desirable Traits:
  • High degree of willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex design challenges.
