**Job Overview**

As a Costing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and monitoring of actual performance.
  • Develop and implement reporting automation solutions with the IT team to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct process-wise costing and variance analysis to optimize resource allocation.
  • Produce comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with statutory auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collect, summarize, and analyze data to provide insightful commentary for management.
  • Making informed decisions on investments, product mixes, and cost-effective strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A sound understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules.
  • Familiarity with SAP/HANA and transaction flows across SAP modules.
  • Working knowledge of IT, accountancy, budgeting, and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
