Senior Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting and will play a crucial role in managing financial data, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and year-to-date financial results, adhering to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
  • Independently coordinating with Statutory Auditors regarding finalization of books of accounts, resolving their queries, discussing audit reports, and timely closure of audits.
  • Preparing stand-alone and consolidated financial statements, notes to accounts, and disclosures ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IndAs).
  • Reviewing and analyzing trial balances, conducting regular ledger scrutiny, and maintaining book hygiene to generate error-free reports from ERP.
  • Preparing various working notes and documentation required for Cost Audit, Tax Audit; coordinating with them regarding query solutions, discussion of audit reports, and timely closure of audits.
  • Performing monthly closure activities to close periodic books of accounts and prepare & review monthly P&L along with KPIs.
  • Monitoring and streamlining procedures to ensure compliance with RACM (Risk)
  • Managed Big 4 Auditors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  2. 5-8 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting.
  3. Strong understanding of Ind As and Statutory Compliances.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software - ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
