Our Financial Analyst will focus on developing and maintaining real-time financial dashboards across profit centers.

  • These dashboards should provide timely insights into the company's financial performance, helping our leadership team make informed decisions.

In addition to dashboard development, the role involves providing weekly, monthly, or quarterly P&L reports, cash flow summaries, customer grading, and expense trackers.

  • The candidate must be able to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and areas for improvement.

This position also requires reconciling ERP data and financial reports for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that our numbers are reliable and trustworthy.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as well as a strong command over financial ratios, costing, and MIS frameworks.

Excellent presentation and communication abilities are also vital, as the candidate will need to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable, as collaboration and open communication are key to driving business outcomes.

Minimum requirements include 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, data mining, and engineering, preferably in the manufacturing sector of gold and diamond jewelry.

Preferred candidates will hold relevant certifications such as CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or M.Com, with a strong background in data analytics.
