Job Description:

Aimlay Pvt. Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in CRM and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up calls.
  • Upselling and Retention: Identify opportunities to upsell existing customers and retain them through excellent customer experiences.
  • Collections and Payments: Timely collect payments from customers and process refunds as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a customer supplier relationship, understanding customer needs and creating a buying cycle.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in CRM, B2B, and customer success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving, and patience.
