Job Description

Aimlay Pvt. Ltd is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, making follow-up calls, and collecting amounts due. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with existing clients, engage and retain customer accounts, and upsell our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers via phone and email to collect payments and upsell our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage and retain customer accounts by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create customer-supplier relationships.
  • Process payments and refunds in a timely manner.
  • Upsell our services to increase company sales.
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
  • Update account status records and collection efforts.
  • Keep existing customers informed about ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams regarding payment and work status.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a CRM Executive/Sr. Executive, BDM, Customer Success, or Collection Specialist role.
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Preference for B2B experience.
