About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM tool and process, as well as strong knowledge and ability of Server Administration across OS platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day monitoring and maintenance activities associated with managing the enterprise event management and system monitoring framework.
  • Analyze system monitoring messages and alerts and work with support teams in eliminating suppressing unwanted messages, modifying thresholds, and evaluating and building automated responses to system events.
  • Develop, test, and implement system monitoring policies for system and application monitoring.
  • Develop scripts and automation within ITOM to monitor systems and applications for availability and performance.
Key Requirements
  • 5 years hands-on experience in delivering ServiceNow ITOM tool and process is required.
  • Experience Desired: Three to five years related experience in Event management process, Strong scripting skills on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
