Job Overview

This is a critical role in designing, implementing and managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in OCI services including Compute, Networking, Storage and be proficient in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable, secure and reliable OCI solutions using industry best practices.
  • Manage DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of CI/CD workflows.
  • Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible for automation of OCI resource provisioning and management.
  • Optimize OCI infrastructure for cost efficiency, performance and resource utilization using native monitoring tools.
  • Implement security best practices such as IAM encryption, vulnerability assessments and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop automation scripts for repetitive tasks and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
  • Hands-on experience with modern technologies like containerization, hybrid cloud environments and third-party tool integration.
  • Regular backups and data storage on alternate servers.
  • Demo server setup and maintenance.
  • Server uptime and performance monitoring.
  • Database maintenance, removing unnecessary files and managing disk space.
  • AWS Cloud Watch for resource usage and set alerts.
  • AWS S3 bucket policies and access permissions.
  • Server updates and package patching.
  • Solutions implementation for cloud environment stability.
  • DevOps activities creation such as CI/CD pipeline, automation and reliability.
  • Software installations configuration via GRD files, integrating code with Git repository and Jenkins.
  • Application and Data Governance tools configuration based on requirement.
  • Agile methodology alignment with 3-18 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of OCI services.
  • Relevant certifications such as OCI Architect Associate Professional are a plus.
