We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable API proxies to integrate with diverse backend systems.

About the Role

The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for:

">
  • ">
  • Provisioning and managing Apigee X and Apigee Hybrid environments across cloud and on-prem infrastructures.">
  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable API proxies to integrate with diverse backend systems.">
  • Implementing security protocols including OAuth2.0, API Keys, JWT, and mTLS across API proxies.">
  • Creating and managing API Products, Developer Apps, and handling traffic policies like Quota, Spike Arrest, etc.">
  • Monitoring and logging API traffic using Google Clouds Operations Suite, including Cloud Monitoring and Logging.">
  • Troubleshooting performance, connectivity, and security issues in Apigee and backend integrations.">
  • Providing security advisory and implementing threat protection mechanisms in Apigee environments.">
  • Integrating Apigee APIs with GCP services such as Cloud Armor, Cloud Logging, and Operations Suite.">
  • Collaborating with DevOps and security teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and reliability of APIs.">
  • E nsuring CI/CD integration for Apigee configurations using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Terraform (if applicable).">
