Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our cloud-based infrastructure development and maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for software development.

About the Role

This role involves performing structured error analyses, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders. We're looking for someone who can connect and integrate various interfaces efficiently, develop and maintain Cloudbees Jenkins pipelines, and create new environments using GitHub Actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement efficient solutions for automating tasks and improving overall system performance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of different components.
  • Create and manage RPM packages for software distribution, ensuring compatibility and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in DevOps infrastructure engineering, with a focus on cloud-based systems.
  • Proficiency in Apache httpd configuration, Python programming, Docker, and Podman.
  • Experience with Linux administration, Shell/Bash scripting, and network knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and version control systems like GitHub.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
