Key Responsibilities:- Lead market expansion initiatives and manage complex projects that align with our mission to advance climate and energy solutions.
- Leverage our established network of international financial institutions, along with personal local financial connections, to develop, structure, and close financial transactions for our current and upcoming energy transition projects in India.
- Collaborate closely with our leadership to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, encompassing business development, origination, new market initiatives, and project management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in climate, energy transition, finance, and business development, with exceptional communication skills and strong connections within the Indian power and/or finance community. They will also have a deep understanding of India's electricity, capital, and financial markets, as well as a proven track record in deal closure, particularly in debt and/or equity financing in India.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in climate, energy transition, finance, and business development.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong connections within the Indian power and/or finance community.
- Deep understanding of India's electricity, capital, and financial markets.
- Proven track record in deal closure, particularly in debt and/or equity financing in India.
