At Codemesh Labs LLP, we're revolutionizing healthcare technology with a deep-tech health startup based out of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with a remote-friendly culture. Our digital health platform powers hospitals, doctors, patients, labs, pharmacies, and IoT devices under one ecosystem.

The platform includes Hospital Management Software, mobile apps, AI-driven insights, and real-time wearable/device data integration – all aligned with national health standards.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our core team in building scalable APIs and microservices for this end-to-end healthcare experience.

This is a chance to work on real-world challenges at scale and grow with the product from the ground up.

  • Develop backend microservices for hospital workflows, patient records, lab integrations, pharmacy, and billing.
  • Build and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile apps and hospital dashboards.
  • Work with databases and object storage to manage large-scale health data.
  • Implement FHIR-based data exchange for interoperability with national health APIs.
  • Evaluate security, consent, and compliance in every data flow.
  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to deliver role-based applications.
  • Participate in training, code reviews, and deployment cycles.

We're looking for enthusiasts with strong fundamentals in coding, computer science, databases, and API integration. Familiarity with Node.js / Python is a plus.
