Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Management System (TMS/TRM) Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our treasury services group, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing TMS/TRM systems, providing technical support, and driving business development initiatives.

About the Role

  • Configure TMS/TRM systems based on blueprinting documents.
  • Support assignments/engagements involving international corporate organizations in TMS/SAP TRM and Risk Management implementation from a techno-functional perspective.
  • Assist in setting up treasury functions and supporting Treasury and Risk Management implementations.
  • Take up business development initiatives, create proposals, responses to RFPs, thought leadership pieces, etc.
  • Interact with CXO-level stakeholders independently and confidently.
  • Cultivate junior team members to ensure excellent client delivery while enabling their career growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements, preferably with experience in defining them in SAP TRM/TMS environments.
  • Expertise in treasury operations, including commodities and financial products.
  • Proven configuration experience of at least 2 end-to-end implementations of specific treasury components, such as Cash and Liquidity, Bank Account Management, Risk Management, etc., within SAP TRM.
  • Well-versed in concepts like cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, Notional and Physical Cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, Bank Communication Management within SAP environments.
  • Basic to moderate level of understanding of Spot and Derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products, including risk management (hedging strategies) and valuation aspects.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • High levels of commitment to work.
