Job Title: Cash Flow Manager

Department: Finance Team

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee treasury operations and ensure efficient fund management.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in cash management, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational and payment needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and partners.
  • Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with company policy.
  • Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations or Fund Management.
  • Experience working in Mutual Funds, Banks, or Financial Institutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
  • Exposure to corporate treasury operations and investment strategies.
