The company is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Director to oversee and manage all aspects of its marketing operations. This includes leading teams such as PPC, SEO, Content, Social Media Marketing, Video Editors, and Graphic Designing Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy that integrates various digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to ensure collaborative and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product, and customer service to ensure marketing strategies support company goals and align with customer needs.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources across all teams and campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies as needed based on performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8 to 12 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in PPC, SEO, content, social media, video production, and graphic design.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of specialists.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms, video editing software, etc.).
