Business Development Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the East and North India regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire suitable properties for our retail business
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform property shortlisting decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute store openings and expansions
- Develop and maintain relationships with local builders, property owners, and trade intermediaries

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BE, B Com, B Sc)
- Proven track record in business development and property acquisition
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of geography and travel in the region
- Fluency in English and local languages
