Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Excellence Specialist.

  • This role involves working with stakeholders across the organization in areas including data analytics, data management, research, and reporting.

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, engineering, mathematics, computer science or economics, and at least 3 years of work experience in data analytics, data management, research, and reporting.

Key skills required include advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools - Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, good communication and relationship management skills, and detail-oriented abilities.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Support coordination with various stakeholders to collate data and information related to risk and quality management.
  • Assist in gathering requirements for technological interventions/automation of risk and quality management processes within the organization.
  • Work with relevant teams to support development of tools.
  • Read and analyze RFP/Tender documents to identify and summarize key risks.
  • Support creation of PowerPoint presentations for leadership.
  • Support creation of training material to support risk and quality management across the organization.
  • Qualifications:
  • Post-graduate degree in quantitative discipline (Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics).
  • At least 3 years of work experience in data analytics, data management, research, and reporting.
  • Experience with in-house tools development preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools – Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and relationship management skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to grasp different concepts quickly.
