Job Title: Data Pipeline Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Pipeline Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

A Data Pipeline Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a centralized repository.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETL tools such as MS SQL Migration Assistant (SSMA) and Golden Gate, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within data pipelines.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and data scientists, to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines with business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools like MS SQL Migration Assistant (SSMA), Golden Gate, and Informatica PowerCenter
  • Strong understanding of data integration and transformation techniques, including normalization, data cleansing, and data validation
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Scala for automating tasks and developing custom data transformation functions
  • Familiarity with database management systems such as MS SQL, MySQL, DB2, and Oracle
