Education Consultant

We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Education Consultants.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or postgraduates who are passionate about guiding prospective students in their academic journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our institution.
  • Advise students on program selection and the admission process, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries, utilizing this data to inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms to ensure student satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions, exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Collect and consolidate participant feedback regularly, using this insight to enhance student experience and improve counseling services.
  • Accurately record, manage, and act on assigned leads from various sources, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Support students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing their needs and delivering excellent service.
