Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Order-to-Cash process, with extensive knowledge and understanding of the entire process. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing a team of analysts, strong operational knowledge, and a proven track record of running high-performing teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for all activities related to the Order-to-Cash domain, including order management and fulfillment, credit management, claims, and collections. You will maintain strong customer relations and business acumen, and be responsible for creating a vision for process improvement from the current state to an improved state.

The successful candidate will also have experience with international process transitions, Six Sigma training, and be able to communicate effectively with team members and management. They will also have experience in creating, implementing, and driving structured action plans, as well as leveraging advanced and sophisticated methods to synthesize, clean, visualize, and investigate data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Order-to-Cash process
  • Experience in managing a team of analysts and strong operational knowledge
  • Proven track record of running high-performing teams
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication skills, and problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with Six Sigma training and international process transitions
  • Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work
