Process Improvement Specialist

As a key member of our quality and process improvement team, you will play a crucial role in deploying Continuous Improvement methodologies across various industry domains.

Purpose of the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to build a process improvement culture within client processes by utilizing various Continuous Improvement levers along with domain knowledge. This involves identifying opportunities to achieve higher efficiency, effectiveness, and experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy Process Improvement framework for engagements
  • Conduct short or refresher sessions on continuous improvement at engagement level as needed
  • Drive Bottom-up and Top-down opportunity identification workshops for creation of pipeline of opportunities
  • Analyze business data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Mentor Process Improvement projects (YB, GB & BB) to enable operations resources to implement improvements through structured approach
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in driving Process Improvement projects/initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Improvement methodology like Six Sigma & LEAN
  • Ability to analyze business data to identify improvement opportunities
