Job Title: Operations Manager

Purpose of the Role

The role of an Operations Manager is to oversee the smooth functioning of operations and ensure that all processes are running efficiently. This involves managing a team, facilitating communication across stakeholders, and identifying potential issues that may impact customer experience or business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shifts effectively, identify areas for improvement, and implement change management initiatives.
  • Develop and track performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.
  • Identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate with external and internal customers, escalate issues, and follow up on resolutions.
  • Analyze data from various databases using Excel, Access, SQL, and other tools, and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of work experience
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Able to lift and move wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
