We are seeking an experienced Access Governance specialist to join our team as a Senior IAM Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing access review processes using the Saviynt platform.

  • You will work closely with clients to understand their access governance requirements and objectives.
  • You will design and configure user access review campaigns in the Saviynt platform, including defining review scopes, selecting reviewers, and scheduling review periods.
  • You will customize access review workflows to align with clients' organizational structure and business processes.
  • You will provide guidance and training to client administrators on managing access review campaigns and performing access certifications using the Saviynt platform.
  • You will monitor access review activities and metrics to ensure that reviews are completed on time and that access risks are effectively mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to define access governance strategies and objectives.
  • Design and implement user access review campaigns to meet clients' needs.
  • Configure and customize access review workflows to align with clients' organizational structure and business processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to client administrators on access certification and review processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of access review activities and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience implementing and configuring user access review processes using the Saviynt platform or similar access governance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of access governance and compliance frameworks, such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
