As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of inventing experiences that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

The Alexa Customer Journeys team is seeking an experienced professional to lead multiple, complex cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery.

You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, user experience designers, and customer service leads to define near-term and long-term product roadmaps.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading multiple initiatives simultaneously while anticipating bottlenecks and escalating issues as needed
  • Making tradeoffs between business needs and technical constraints
  • Working with product and engineering teams to define product roadmaps
  • Creating mechanisms to drive timely, accurate, and comprehensive project execution

In order to succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
  • 3+ years of software development experience
