Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. As the MDM Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable data management processes that address our organization's data quality requirements.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to our organization's needs. You will also define data quality metrics and thresholds to measure and monitor data quality levels over time.

Additionally, you will design and implement data cleansing processes to address data quality issues, such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies. Furthermore, you will establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.

You will lead interface discussions pertaining to master data with different applications and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with data quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices. A minimum of 8 years of experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role is required, with a focus on data quality management.

You should have a strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools, and techniques. Experience with metadata and reference data management is also essential.

Familiarity with the Fusion Oracle cloud platform is an added advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
