Executive Leasing Director

This high-level leadership position oversees commercial leasing operations, driving growth and revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the industry, a strong track record of team management, revenue growth, and transaction closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the leasing business through effective team management and execution.
  • Maintain year-over-year revenue growth and achieve sales targets by staying ahead of market trends and client needs.
  • Regularly monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive business success.
  • Establish relationships with clients and developers to stay informed about upcoming opportunities and advance leasing business objectives.
  • Participate in large transactions and contribute to team efforts in closing deals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on business performance and target achievement.
  • Ensure seamless transaction closure across various asset classes.
  • Implement policies and procedures related to workplace health and safety.
Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of 30 meetings with HNI/developers per month to maintain a strong network and drive business growth.
  • Present monthly reports to senior leaders or directors.
  • Guarantee timely completion of required training sessions.
  • Meet individual and team targets for sales performance.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to develop and advise creative sales strategies that meet client needs and drive business results.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial leasing operations and market trends.
