Job Title: D2C Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing expert to lead our D2C growth initiatives in India and international markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other media channels for D2C expansion.
  • Manage campaign cycles including audience research, creative development, ad setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Develop targeted strategies for domestic (India) and international (Europe, UK, USA) markets, adapting to regional audience behaviors.
  • Monitor and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates to meet revenue and ROI targets.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and re-targeting strategies for D2C e-commerce.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad copies, creatives, and landing pages are conversion-optimized.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and marketing automation tools for reporting and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving ROI.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop targeted marketing strategies.
