Performance Marketing Expert

Job Description">
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive growth, optimize funnels, and measure outcomes.
  • Manage daily campaign pacing with clear targets on return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and other key performance indicators.
  • Establish and maintain tracking and attribution systems, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and UTM discipline.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts through landing page hypotheses, A/B tests, heatmaps, form frictions, and creative iterations.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to brief high-performing creatives for direct-to-consumer (D2C), e-commerce, food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, and corporate/business-to-business (B2B) brands.
  • Drive marketing automation and retention initiatives through email, SMS, WhatsApp, and customer relationship management (CRM) flows, cart recovery, and lifecycle journeys.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing with proven results and case studies.
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, bidding strategies, feed/catalog management, and remarketing techniques.
  • Experience across D2C, e-commerce (Shopify preferred), F&B, hospitality (including online travel agencies/brand sites), and corporate/B2B brands.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
