We're hiring for a pivotal role that combines exceptional e-commerce expertise with a passion for fashion. As a leading player in the D2C space, we're seeking an ambitious individual to spearhead our Shopify growth strategy.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic merchandising, customer journey optimization, and data-driven decision making. You'll own our Shopify storefront from end-to-end, overseeing design, navigation, catalogs, collections, and product detail pages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shopify Store & Merchandising: Fully own the Shopify storefront: design, navigation, catalogs, collections, and product detail pages. Upload and manage products, sizes, inventory & seasonal collections.
  • Growth & Conversion Optimization: Drive CRO with A/B tests on product pages, checkout, and CTAs. Increase AOV via upselling, cross-selling, bundles & free-shipping incentives.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track growth KPIs: Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate. Use cohort analysis & funnel insights to inform merchandising and retention strategies.
  • Campaign Execution & Scaling: Execute festive campaigns, collection drops & influencer-led activations. Optimize product pages & collections for SEO + discoverability.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Shopify management in a D2C fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through Shopify (CRO, AOV, retention strategies).
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations & growth tools.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Facebook Pixel & marketing attribution.
  • A mix of analytical + creative mindset, with an eye for both fashion & user experience.
