**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our supplier domain data management efforts. This critical role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier domain metadata management, enabling better data understanding and utilization.
  • Lead the development and execution of data quality management plans to ensure data meets business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data security, privacy, and retention policies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in data governance or data management, with at least 5 years in a global CPG company.
  • Strong data management background, including experience with data ingestion, consumption, quality, and stewardship.
  • 5+ years of experience working with data in the supplier domain and Requisition to Pay processes, systems, and data.
  • Preferred experience working with SAP implementations, including master data table schema and data conversion workflows.
  • Ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to standardize operational information and execute enterprise-wide data governance policies.
  • 3+ years of experience managing/leading data professional direct report(s).
