Leasing Specialist

At Crest, we are seeking a skilled Leasing Executive to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and leasing expertise to our clients. As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for closing leasing transactions from viewing to handover, assisting with moving, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
You will be the key point of contact for prospective tenants, presenting apartments and houses in a persuasive manner, and negotiating leasing terms. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to provide accurate information about properties, validate application information, and process service requests promptly.
We are looking for a Procedure-oriented individual who can work a flexible schedule over festival periods and holidays. If you have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in customer relations, leasing, or sales, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing proper paperwork, service fee confirmation, visit form, and lease agreement
- Presenting apartments, houses, or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
- Assisting residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants
- Promoting unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
- Providing accurate information on the different features of properties
- Validating application information and references
- Negotiating leasing terms and convincing clients in professional manners and completing agreements
- Processing service requests from tenants and ensuring prompt response to inquiries
- Coordinating with registration agents and other necessary services providers for hassle-free move-in
- Answering all queries via call, messages, and emails
- Reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Generating data for prospective tenants
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Procedure-oriented, able to work a flexible schedule over festival periods and holidays
- HSC+ Bachelor's degree from a prominent institution
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer relations, leasing, or sales background
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Good communication skills including written English
