Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to manage costs associated with specialized systems within construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying and a strong understanding of civil construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study project scope in-line with design requirements
  • Validate technical specifications received from the design team
  • Optimize specifications without deviating from client requirements
  • Validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and backup workings
  • Presentation of BOQs and solutions to management for approval
  • Checking of RA bills and final bills
  • Preparation of amendments
  • Validation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix
  • Submission of different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design
  • Exploring new products and obtaining approvals
  • Proposing different optimization options in budgets
  • Completion of budget requirements within given timelines without delays
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed understanding of systems and construction processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
