We are currently seeking an experienced Process Development Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge in process-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing employees, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
  • Evaluate training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations, to support learning outcomes.
  • Conduct training sessions using role-playing, simulations, group discussions, and other interactive methods to promote participant engagement.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as necessary to optimize results.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development to stay current and innovative.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-8 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a process-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements to drive business results.
  • Experience in conducting assessments and evaluations to measure training outcomes.
