Job Description">

As a key member of our global services team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global services teams and foster a collaborative environment
  • Identify and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
  • Coordinate workforce management and ensure effective communication
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
  • Engage and motivate team members to achieve goals
  • Solve complex problems and make informed decisions
  • Interpret performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Deliver presentations and reports to senior leaders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in BPO operations team handling, customer service, and people management
  • Strong people management and team handling experience
  • More than 3 years of team handling experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated written communication skills
  • Promotes information sharing
  • Collaboration and team building skills
  • Ability to lead/manage others
  • Graduate degree
