Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and prioritizing opportunities for process enhancements that align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in defining project objectives, timelines, and metrics, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects, leveraging data-driven decision-making to develop, test, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with strategic priorities and drive solution-focused outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain processes that streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 14 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and certification.
  • Analytical skills, proficiency in statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and inspiring a culture of operational excellence.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
