Senior Data Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Data Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring P&C policy data, with a primary focus on Property.

  • Analyze and monitor P&C policy data (limits, deductibles, exposures) with a primary focus on Property.
  • Partner with operations & IT teams to enhance data quality controls and OneSource solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for policy data, driving improvements across US Retail and RPS.
  • Build data reports & visualizations to provide business insights and support decision-making.

Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Math, Data Science, Economics, or related required. 3+ years in Data Analytics/Finance/Insurance (P&C preferred). Skilled in SQL, R or Python; experience with visualization tools (Power BI). Strong communicator who can simplify complex data insights.

  • Data visualization and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics/finance/insurance
  • Proficiency in SQL, R or Python
  • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI)

  • Master's degree in Data Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance industry
  • Professional certifications in data science or related field
