Job Title: Data Insights Manager

Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in data-driven initiatives, we seek a skilled Data Insights Manager to drive the delivery of AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies across editorial planning, newsroom automation, and audience analytics.
  • Manage and mentor high-performing teams of up to 25 members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement personalized content experiences using Gen AI, NLP, personalization, content tagging, and recommendation systems.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Media Technology, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in data insights, project management, and team leadership within the media and digital content industries.
  • Strong understanding of newsroom operations, CMS platforms, audience development, and digital monetization models.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) and LLM-based applications.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
