Key Analytics Leader Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned analytics leader to spearhead our data-driven initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic data analysis and insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of next-generation data mart solutions, optimizing data models for large-scale analytics and decision-making.
  • Define and implement tools and frameworks for seamless data creation, transformation, and consumption across the organization.
  • Build unified data views by integrating behavioral and transactional data into structured, query-optimized flat tables supporting diverse analytics use cases.
  • Ensure consistent data definitions and scalability across mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations data streams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to democratize data and drive actionable insights.
  • Establish robust data governance, quality standards, and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics and empower teams with relevant dashboards, reporting, and insights.
  • Cultivate and scale machine learning-driven insights through collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership, with proven success in building data marts and defining enterprise-wide data consumption strategies.
  • Strong track record of running analytics across diverse data ecosystems, including mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations.
  • Deep technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack components (SQL, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, BI tools like Looker/PowerBI/Tableau).
  • Proven ability to build and scale analytics teams, with experience in functions such as business/operations, marketing/CRM, and product/finance analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable influencing at executive levels.
