Our company is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, leadership, transformation, and analytical skills.

This role involves leading and supporting a team of analysts to deliver timely divisional analytics packs with actionable insights. You will also be responsible for owning service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions, driving FP&A transformation initiatives, and partnering with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.

The successful candidate will lead annual planning by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders, coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews. They will also develop sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you should have a CA qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience. Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector, and proficiency in BI tools are highly desirable. Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive independently and in a team are essential.

Qualifications

  • CA qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.

  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
