Job Title: System Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and maintaining the reliability of complex systems.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and outstanding communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system monitoring and maintenance
  • Expertise in microservices architecture, specifically Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of observability tools, focusing on operational metrics: Quantiles, P99, and Prometheus
  • Familiarity with cloud providers, such as AWS
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies

The successful candidate will have a passion for system infrastructure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to think critically and make informed decisions quickly.
