Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms to ensure optimal performance and alignment with our overall vision. Your expertise in designing cost-efficient architectures will enable us to deliver high-quality products on time.

Key responsibilities include implementing major and complex parts of the product, owning product releases, scaling infrastructure accordingly, and pre-planning for future growth. You will also provide clear goals, constructive feedback, and manage a team of engineers to foster collaboration and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Expertise: In architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption
  • Strong Knowledge: Of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) pipelines, including retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graphs
  • Deep Experience: With conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks
  • Track Record: Of scaling services to 200K+ monthly active users (MAUs) or equivalent scale
  • Leadership: 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making
  • Excellent Communication: Skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Bonus Points: Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus
