Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Bar Floor Crew member. As a key part of our front-of-house operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

You will work closely with our experienced bar staff to deliver top-notch drinks and food service, managing cash handling, inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and improve performance
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all areas of the bar
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and report any discrepancies

Requirements:
