Senior Supply Chain Operations Director

Leading a company's supply chain requires strategic planning and meticulous execution. The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire process from procurement to logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing comprehensive supply chain plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Managing end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitoring supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborating with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain principles.
