Lead Your Projects to Success

  • As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing customer projects from start to finish. This includes designing and developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that all projects meet customer requirements.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their business goals. This may involve consulting on technical solutions and collaborating with sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • A key part of this role is clarifying customer targets and requirements, and working with the project team to ensure that these are met. You will also be responsible for preparing proposals and bids, and negotiating with customers to secure new business.
  • Project coordination is another critical aspect of this role. You will work with the project team to plan and execute projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communication is key in this role, and you will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with customers, stakeholders, and the project team. This includes keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • Commercial experience with sales proposals and contract terms and conditions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
