About us:

We are a design firm that specializes in luxury estates and residences. Our comprehensive services include architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting, and product design.

We seek an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cycle project management ensuring high-quality design and coordination of services from various consultants.
  • Prepare high-quality construction documents for contractors.
  • Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants, vendors on regular basis and visit sites to ensure proper construction process.
  • Maintain knowledge of building codes and structural details.
  • Ensure effective coordination skills with contractors and vendors.
  • Expertise with building structures and project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 9 years of experience as a Project Architect.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputable college preferred.
  • Proficiency in software such as Auto-CAD.
  • Experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality preferred.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant experience of team handling.
