Artificial Intelligence Expert

We are seeking a seasoned AI expert to join our team and drive innovation in machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement AI-driven solutions using advanced frameworks and technologies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize Langchain(agents, chains, memories, parsers, document loaders), Gen AI, and NLP models for specific use cases.
  • Rapidly experiment with different machine learning models for specific use cases.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly propose feasible solutions and effectively communicate strategy and risk mitigation approaches to leadership.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in software development, particularly AI/ML-based projects.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud and Databricks setup.
  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  • A strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
  • Expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and conversational AI technologies.
  • Experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications at scale.
  • A strong understanding of ML pipelines, feature engineering, and MLOps.
  • Experience in LLM + RAG and building agentic frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience leading and mentoring team members to help grow to their full potential.
  • The ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools - Git (Gitlab).
  • Exposure to retail industry, experience with e-commerce applications.
