Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a senior-level position focused on managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including vendor payments, customer billing, and statutory deductions. Key responsibilities include booking vendor payments, maintaining compliance, providing audit support, and preparing closing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Book and pass payment entries while ensuring statutory compliance
  2. Provide required details for internal audits
  3. Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies
  4. Generate E-waybill-based invoices from user department data
  5. Prepare monthly reports detailing key financial metrics
  6. Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • A strong understanding of AP/AR processes and automation tools
  • Hands-on experience with vendor payments, reconciliations, and transactional accounting
  • Experience in coordinating with auditors and supporting audit requirements
