Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Digital Product Designer to spearhead our design team and drive the creation of exceptional user experiences in the B2C sector.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about crafting intuitive, user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading creative sessions, mentoring and motivating designers, and fostering a learning environment to enhance their skills in user experience and interface design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of 4-5 designers, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives, driving seamless communication and project delivery.
  • User-Centered Design: Develop user-centered designs through research, competitor analysis, and understanding of technical constraints and opportunities, ensuring designs meet business objectives.
  • Design Creation: Rapidly develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas for new features and projects.
  • Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, competitor products, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into the design process.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
