Required Skills and Qualifications- Mandatory Requirements:
- Postgraduate with minimum 4 years of working experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG
- Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights and new product development

- Out of the box thinking
- High initiative and ownership
- Creativity, passion, flexibility & persistence
- Effective communication, presentation and MS office skills
- A love for food
- Prioritize and support the marketing roadmap
- Develop and align products with business goals
- Conduct market research
- Create product concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Execute marketing plans and improve processes
- Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and agencies
- Create briefs for packaging, creative, and digital
