Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives and enhance learning outcomes.">
  • Mentor and coach senior team members to improve leadership capabilities and drive performance excellence.">
  • Lead the design and execution of training methodologies, ensuring they are forward-thinking and aligned with industry trends.">
  • Accountable for specific location training activities & Project quality.">
  • Provide strong leadership by guiding Managers and AMs to drive performance excellence within the training and process coach functions.">
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring trainers and process coaches are well-equipped to meet organizational goals.">
  • Create a developmental roadmap for AMs, identifying leadership potential and promoting internal growth.">
  • Implement and evolve quality management practices across training programs, ensuring all programs are consistently aligned with organizational goals and quality standards.">
  • Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics, audits, and feedback.">
  • Adopt new training technologies and methodologies, including e-learning platforms, to enhance learning outcomes and reduce training time.">
  • Stay ahead of trends in learning and development, introducing innovative approaches to improve engagement, retention, and skills application.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably from Life Science background)">
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in Medical Coding, with at least 5 years of experience in HCC Specialty and substantial team management experience">
